Description
Hi, I'm interested to use FAST to do protein-ligand binding prediction, however when I looked at the scripts, they are all referenced to "/p/lscratchh/jones289/data/" which is not found in the repo.
So, can I know how were the hdf file generated in the first place so that I can also generate them myself? :)
Thanks! :)

Research direction
Start by locating the scripts that reference /p/lscratchh/jones289/data/ and trace how they consume the HDF files. Document the source data, generation process, and steps needed to reproduce the files so users can run FAST without that unavailable path.
