Description
To deal with GNN AMS needs some ind of GNN interface with Torch. One example is PyG ([PyTorch Geometric](https://pytorch-geometric.readthedocs.io/en/latest/)).
- [ ] Install PyG in the AMS Stack
- [ ] Test PyG on simple GNN and how it interface with AMS code
