[Bug]: forge can run on mac but can't run the update.bat and environment.bat

### What happened?

forge can run on mac but can't run the update.bat and environment.bat,because bat file just run on the windows.
It would be great if there were corresponding update.py or shell files.

For Mac users, since Forge can run on Mac, there should be an update file available for the macOS system as well before installation.
