[Bug]: controlnet models didn't auto download

### What happened?

controlnet models didn't auto download

example:
- i have goto https://huggingface.co/TencentARC/PhotoMaker/tree/main and download photomaker-v1.bin

but looks like others also didn;t downloaded (Ip-Adapter, and others)
