[Feature Request]: backup extension list

### What would your feature do ?

In SD next, it pulls all extensions from a1111, but it will have a mark beside it to show if the extension works with next. ie: red for doesnt work at all, purple for some features work fine, green for all good, and yellow for some features work sometimes, and gray for unknown
it would be nice to have that with forge so I know what extensions attempt to modify unet in ways that are incompatible with forge unet.

### Proposed workflow

1. Go to extensions
2. Press install extension
3. extension breaks
4. file bug report on extension
5. extension has red dot saying "incompatible" when hovered over.

Start at the Extensions > Install Extension flow described in the issue and trace how the extension list is presented. Define how compatibility states are recorded and displayed, including the hover text for an incompatible extension. Done means the list shows the requested status markers and unknown status for extensions without compatibility information.
