Saving of Parameters of the Site txt2img

Hello,

I have installed the latest version of Forge Neo on a brand new Windows 11 Pro laptop.

My system specifications are:

* Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (fully updated)
* Laptop: Lenovo Legion Pro 7 Gen 10
* CPU: Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX
* GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 (16 GB VRAM)
* RAM: 64 GB DDR5
* Storage: 2 TB NVMe SSD
* Git: 2.55.0.windows.3
* Python: 3.10.11

Forge starts and runs without any problems, but I have the following issue:

* Changes made in Settings are not saved after clicking Apply settings and Reload UI.
* Prompt-related settings are also not retained after restarting Forge.
* Every time I restart Forge, all settings appear to revert to their previous state.
* It seems that Forge cannot write or save its configuration files.

I have already tried:

* Using Apply settings and Reload UI
* Restarting Forge several times
* Installing the latest version of Forge Neo
* Verifying that Git and Python are installed correctly

Could you please help me determine what is causing this issue and how I can fix it?

Reproduce the settings and prompt persistence failure on Windows 11 using the reported Forge Neo environment, starting with Apply settings and Reload UI and then a full restart. Trace whether Forge can write its configuration files; done means settings remain unchanged after reload and restart, or the cause of the failed save is identified.
