Description

Is there a way to get around this error, **_without installing a new version of Python (such as 3.11)_**? I currently have Phyton 3.10.9 installed to use with Kohya SS and Automatic 1111 (the original ver UI).

Every attempt (after a clean git install of the Illyasviel ver of Forge web UI) of trying to run web-user.bat - it stops and ends at an error attempting to install CLIP.

Any help or suggestions to get around this would be appreciated. Thank you.

Research direction

Start by running web-user.bat with Python 3.10.9 after a clean installation and capture the complete CLIP installation error. Check the installation steps and dependency handling around that entry point; the issue is done when a reproducible cause and a compatible workaround or confirmed limitation are documented.
