As far as i understand this, it most likely is the wrong python version but i tried it with three different version so far (3.12.xx, 3.10.20 and 3.10.6) and i constantly got the same exact error. I am on Linux Mint 22.3 - Cinnamon. Any ideas how to fix this? Any more information needed?

Start with the reported pip build output and the OpenAI CLIP archive reference, then inspect how this project installs that dependency and which Python versions are supported.
