REQ: Better default webui-user.bat or a webui-COMMAND_ARGS_Reference.txt

As the title says, not a lot of users are going to know to open cmd_args.py to yank the knowledge they need. So requesting those working on this do one or both.

A better webui-user.bat needs --vae-dir to be included for the a1111 install. And it should include a mention they can simply only use --models-dir instead and get full access to that models location such as controlnet without the need of those multiple lines.

And/or a nice text file giving users that knowledge of the args, much like webui has online, would be nice since I failed to see it on your page. Even then, webui should have included a textfile as well, which it did not, for quick offline reference so I'd quite like to see that. I've never been a fan a prompt based output of information over a text file and still lose my mind when I see a dev include both like a boss.

Start by reading cmd_args.py to identify the relevant command-line arguments, then inspect webui-user.bat and the proposed webui-COMMAND_ARGS_Reference.txt location. Done means webui-user.bat documents --vae-dir and the --models-dir alternative, or an offline reference file clearly lists those arguments for users.
