Description
Hello, the prompts I use in the images I create are recorded as metadata. I recently learned that I can transfer the prompts I use to the text screen by dragging these images onto the webui. But these prompts are not in English as they should be, but in Chinese. How can I fix this? When I searched, I didn't see anyone else mentioning this problem on the internet. This is very strange. Also, how can I add my own signature as the author to the metadata of the images I create?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the drag-and-drop workflow with a generated image and inspect how its recorded prompt is transferred to the text screen. Determine whether the prompt language changes during metadata creation or import; done means the original prompt is preserved, with the requested author metadata behavior clarified separately.
