Cannot change values by scrolling

Don't know if it's a browser or UI problem but it's the same on both Chromium and Firefox after the recent round of browser updates.
Hovering over an input field (like CFG scale) and scrolling doesn't change the value anymore. Instead it just scrolls the entire page.

Reproduce the issue by hovering over an input such as CFG scale and scrolling in both Chromium and Firefox. Inspect the UI input handling and compare the behavior with the recent browser updates; done means scrolling over the input changes its value instead of scrolling the page.
