[Issue] notification.mp3 no longer plays until webui regains focus

Forge is only plays notification when I return to the Forge tab, rendering it useless for it's intended purpose, unless the purpose would be to get alerted if I'm looking at my phone (or any other thing) while with the Forge tab open on the pc

Start by reproducing the notification.mp3 behavior while the Forge tab is unfocused, then trace the web UI's notification playback path. Done means the sound plays without requiring the user to return to the Forge tab, with the behavior checked in the relevant browser conditions.
