[Issue] notification.mp3 no longer plays until webui regains focus

The purpose of having notification.mp3 in the root folder is to allow the webui to give you an audio notification when your generation is complete, even if you're in another tab or window. This no longer happens. The mp3 only plays when the webui is focused, making this feature pointless.

Start by reproducing the issue with notification.mp3 in the root folder while the webui is in another tab or window, then compare that behavior with the webui focused. Done means the audio notification plays when generation completes without the webui regaining focus.
