lost speed when i use a lora

When I decide to activate a LoRA with a checkpoint, the vast majority of the time, I have my usual speed, for example, I'm at 2s/it. But when I start creating 100 images, the first 3 are at 2s/it, and then suddenly the next one is at 47s/it. Why is that? Do you have any idea?
