MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (0x1a) error subtype 0x42001 BSOD

Reliably every time when Framepack attempts to load the shards it crashes windows while python tries to create a child process, the function nt!MiDecrementSubsectionViewCount fails.
Ram tested with MemTest86 and chkdsk on the host drive comes up clean. (All other python stuff runs fine from the same drive, Forge, Comfy, what have you, crash is unique to FramePack)

Start by reproducing the Windows crash while FramePack loads shards and Python creates a child process; the report names no files or tests to inspect. Done means identifying the cause of the MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (0x1a) / 0x42001 BSOD and confirming that shard loading no longer crashes Windows.
