Description

i've looked through the other issues here and tried doing fixes, none of them work.

80% of the time when i try to run run.bat, it'll load for a second, and when it gets to loading? downloading? checkpoint shards, it'll get halfway and then my pc will bluescreen, something something "ran into an error and needs to restart". no damage is done but still pretty annoying...

when i do get to output videos, it takes hours just for 5 seconds, and all i get is rainbow pixelated noise. i'm really disappointed and want to fix this.. i just want to see my art animated without paying

nvidia geforce rtx 3060 ti, 16 gb gpu memory, 8 gb gpu dedicated memory, honestly idk what any of these things mean aside from my gpu

Research direction

Start with run.bat and the checkpoint-shard loading step, separating the reported PC crash from the static rainbow-pixel output. Reproduce both failures on the reported RTX 3060 Ti setup and capture the available run details; the issue is only ready when one failure has a specific, reproducible cause and generated video output is valid.
