Description

I can see lot of similar errors reports for :

Xformers is not installed!
Flash Attn is not installed!
Sage Attn is not installed!

When I checked environment.bat it has a line set SKIP_VENV=1 doesn't this effectively skip the venv and use the system python? I could be wrong but just though I should check because I can't even seem to activate the bundle venv to try and install the missing dependencies. Am I missing something obvious here?

As always thank you for your amazing work!

Research direction

Start by reading environment.bat and checking how the one-click package selects Python and handles the bundled virtual environment. Reproduce the missing xformers, Flash Attention, and Sage Attention messages, then confirm whether the package uses its bundled interpreter and document or correct the dependency setup.
