OS: Windows 11

Python 3.13

torch: torch-2.7.0+cu128-cp313-win_amd64.whl

video card: RTX 5060 Ti 16Gb

First I tried with cuda 12.9 then I removed them and installed 12.8 .
The result using any immgine is video all black.

Maybe it is related to the compression parameter?
