motion blur with F1 model

any setting I can change to reduce motion blur. There's more motion with F1 but when they move too far beyond the starting position is causes motion blur.

I'm using Flash attn maybe that's causing it. Just wondering if anyone knows offhand because trial and error takes quite a while on my machine.
