Description

I have been running wan 2.1 (15GB model) with ease, 23it/s with great video outputs.

Unsure why this model has 55it/sec and takes 23 mins to generate a 5 seconds video. Videos are generated in parts with black frames. May be cuda 12.8 or some issue. I think its still not ready for the Windows OS. But anyways great job I am sure in coming days it will change the video generation field for all of us. Genius level job and kudos to the devs.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the 5-second video generation on Windows 11 with the reported RTX 4060, 8GB VRAM, 32GB RAM, and CUDA 12.8, while recording logs and comparing the reported iteration rate with generation time. Done means identifying a reproducible cause for the black frames or unexpectedly long generation time.
