Description

Noticing a lot of motions are delayed until the last small fraction of the animation time. Walking, moving arms, facial expressions, etc. Near stillness followed by a burst of motion at the end. Is this a fundamental issue with the model?

Help and opinions and experiments welcome!

Research direction

The issue reports delayed motion in walking, arm movement, and facial expressions, but names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing the animation timing and investigating whether the behavior is model-related; done would require identifying the cause and documenting or validating a fix.
