Description

I am experiencing unexpectedly slow performance with the average speed around 160s/it. This is considerably slower than anticipated for this hardware.

**I have tired:**

- to troubleshooting following the author's guideline mentioned in [here](https://github.com/lllyasviel/FramePack/issues/151#issuecomment-2817054649). I have single SSD drive and the hardware shouldn't be too old since its 2023's machine.
- Installed Xformers, Flash Attention, and Sage Attention following the guide [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/StableDiffusion/comments/1k34bot/installing_xformers_triton_flashsage_attention_on/?rdt=34945).
_Note: Performance with other applications like Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI on this same machine has been satisfactory and as expected._

**Environment:**

- Hardware: ASUS ROG Strix 2023 Laptop
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060 Laptop
- Storage: Single SSD with >300GB free space
- OS: Windows 11

Anyone has idea on this? thank you.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the reported ~160s/it performance on the ASUS ROG Strix 2023 with an RTX 4060 Laptop under Windows 11. Review the troubleshooting guidance in issue #151 and compare the results with the reported Xformers, Flash Attention, and Sage Attention setup. Done means identifying and documenting a verified cause or fix for the slow performance.
