Description
the readme's installation requirements does not mention what 3pp libs are deps, which required attempting install several times and installing packages piecemeal. Please list all known requirements, I would do it myself but i am not sure about windows, etc. on ubuntu 24.10 I needed the following:
sudo apt install libavformat-dev libavfilter-dev libswscale-dev gfortran libopenblas-dev

Research direction
Update the README installation requirements section with the Ubuntu packages listed in the issue, then check the existing installation instructions for other documented dependencies. Done means the README clearly lists the known requirements and notes the platform context or limitations where the issue does not establish equivalent Windows instructions.
