Sampling 25/25 stuck then pc slowing down drastically

Hey guys i have a question i am running this via pinokio i got a 3070ti nvidia geforce and 32 gb of ram

but when i got the first 100 or so frames done bout to head to 5 seconds the sampling gets stuck the pc moves down in speed drastically and everything becomes really slow the sampling doesnt continue you either. is that normal? the first few seconds are fast as usual but then it becomes worse over time..
