Installation instructions and requirements for Linux are incomplete

It appears that when installing on Linux there are library requirements that are not specified in the installation instructions:

And you can add libopenblas-dev to that list which shows up after installing the other dependent libraries.

In any case (on a Debian/Ubuntu based system) the following allows for installation. I strongly suggest using a venv given the large number of dependencies.

`sudo apt-get install libavformat-dev libavdevice-dev libavfilter-dev libswscale-dev libopenblas-dev `

Even after installing these libraries, I found that you must use python 3.10. as 3.13 will fail building scipy.

After making the above adjustments I was able to build and run on Ubuntu.

Start from the repository's Linux installation instructions and compare them with the Debian/Ubuntu dependencies and Python version reported in the issue. Update the documented requirements and installation guidance, including the suggested virtual environment; done means a fresh Ubuntu setup can install successfully with the documented steps.
