FramePacl Image links for sanity check / tutorial broken

Trying to obtain the skateboard Dancer and Anime images I get:

EDIT: Actually, looks like all image links are broken, while we can see them in the webpage, clicking results in same error type as below, or right click save (Couldn't download - No File)
