Generations are sometimes out of sync with the prompt

I'm doing a test of what simple commands can be comprehended here, ie, a picture of a character and 'She puts her hands on her face.' or 'She puts her hands on her hips.'

But I've noticing sometimes, particularly if I've ended a generation early, the new generation is actually using an old prompt. Something seems out of sync here at times.

No file, test, or entry point is identified. Start by reproducing the mismatch when a generation is ended early and trace how the current prompt is passed into the next generation; done means successive generations consistently use the active prompt.
