There is some code which is NVIDIA released originally, its license forbid code used for commercially. such as

annotator/uniformer/mmcv/ops/upfirdn2d.py
annotator/uniformer/mmcv/ops/fused_bias_leakyrelu.py
```
Is there any chance that you replace related that code, or could users delete that code and keep main function works correctly?
