Description
I think if pip install is supported then this repo could be used more conveniently? We just need a setup.py, then even if not releasing to PYPI, we could `pip install /link/to/controlnet.zip`

Research direction
Start by inspecting the repository layout and its current Python entry points to determine what a setup.py would need to package. Done means a local ControlNet archive can be installed with pip as proposed, without requiring publication to PyPI.
