AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'to'
since release I've been getting error after error for controlnet reference, is it just me? At this point I just give up

- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
Research direction
Start at extensions/sd-webui-controlnet/scripts/hook.py:390, where param.control_model.to(...) raises, and inspect the ControlNet setup paths leading to forward_webui at line 628. Reproduce the reference configuration described in the issue and determine why control_model is None. Done means the reported reference workflow completes without this exception and the failure is covered by an appropriate regression test.
