Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; begin by locating how dashboard/API-key activity is recorded, how video metadata and files are deleted, and how recurring jobs are scheduled. Done means an ongoing daily or weekly process removes both metadata and storage files for accounts meeting the six-month inactivity definition.
