Description

**Describe the bug (required)** A clear and concise description of what the bug

Token gating playback is not working when using the recommended SRT and RTMP URL in docs.
This is working for one account but not another account even when new streams were created.

**Expected behavior (required)** A clear and concise description of what you
expected to happen.

Expect to see the stream when providing the playback URL in a test player or other video players.

**To Reproduce (required)** Steps to reproduce the behavior:

- Device: MacBook Pro
- OS: macOS Monterey
- Browser Safari/Chrome
- Version 15.5 (17613.2.7.1.8)/1.40.113 Chromium: 103.0.5060.114
