Description
Currently the orch-tester gathers prometheus metrics for the last minute ,hardcoded in the promQL queries as `1m`
Ideally though I think we should get the stream duration and parse the time elapsed to a similar string
e.g. 70 seconds -> "70s"
This value can then be used in the query to make sure we are querying the correct time window

Research direction
Start by locating the orch-tester PromQL queries that hardcode the 1m window and the code that knows the stream duration. Check how elapsed time is represented, then make the query window use the corresponding Prometheus duration string, such as 70s for 70 seconds.
