Description
**Goal:** Provide the ecosystem with unified, network-wide data on performance and capacity to guide stakeholder decisions and enable new analytics and dashboards.
**Requirements:** Fund a small backend/data engineering team to design and implement a reliable data aggregator that integrates client metrics (usage, performance, capacity) and makes them available to data portals to support better stakeholder decisions.
