Description
## Feedback (correction)
**Question:** Is there email campaign data available — open rates, click-through rates, sends?
**Tool:** `route_question`
### Corrected answer
Livepeer/Daydream uses Loop as their email sending platform, NOT HubSpot. Email campaign performance data (open rates, CTR, sends) is NOT available in ClickHouse or PostHog. There is no Loop integration with the data warehouse — email metrics must be pulled directly from Loop. Important distinction: posthog_events does contain person_first_touch_attribution_source = 'Hubspot' for some users, but this is first-touch attribution tracking (UTM/pixel), NOT evidence that HubSpot is the email platform.
### Notes
During this session, the hypothesis draft incorrectly referenced HubSpot as the email tool. User explicitly corrected this to Loop. This is an important context item — any future query or hypothesis about email automation, sequences, or campaign data should reference Loop not HubSpot. The confusion arose because Hubspot appears as an attribution source in posthog_events, which is a different thing entirely. A glossary entry for 'email platform' would prevent this.

Research direction
Review the corrected answer and notes in this issue first, then locate the project’s glossary or documentation entry for the email platform. Done means documenting Loop as the sending platform, distinguishing it from HubSpot attribution data, and noting that campaign metrics are not available in ClickHouse or PostHog.
