Description

## Feedback (correction)

**Question:** Is there email campaign data available — open rates, click-through rates, sends?
**Tool:** `route_question`

### Corrected answer
email campaign data (open rates, CTR, sends) is NOT available in ClickHouse or PostHog. The email platform is Loop (not HubSpot). There is no Loop integration with the data warehouse. Email performance metrics must be pulled directly from Loop. Do not suggest HubSpot as the email tool for Livepeer/Daydream.

### Notes
During this session the MCP correctly found no email data in either source, but initial hypothesis draft referenced HubSpot as the email tool. User corrected that Loop is the email platform. This should be stored as a known gap — email data is not in the warehouse and the correct tool is Loop not HubSpot. posthog_events does have person_channel_type = 'Email' and person_first_touch_attribution_source = 'Hubspot' for some users — this is attribution data not campaign performance data, and Hubspot here refers to tracking pixels not the email sending platform.

Research direction

No file or test is named in the issue. Start by locating where route_question feedback or known data gaps are recorded, then verify that the guidance distinguishes Loop from HubSpot and separates campaign performance metrics from attribution data; done means this correction is stored without suggesting HubSpot as the email platform.
