## Project Description
The rapid evolution of blockchain technology has introduced an unprecedented challenge for developers: debugging complex issues where many developers struggles with resolving bug due to limited resources or unfamiliarity with terminologies.
our focus on creating a bug-fixing-centric environment, we aim to enhance the productivity of blockchain developers, ultimately accelerating the adoption.

## How is Livepeer used for this project?
Livepeer’s decentralised video transcoding capabilities are fundamental to the functionality and scalability of our platform. Debugging session recording upload feature, debugging session videos are seamlessly processed through the Livepeer API, enabling efficient conversion into multiple resolutions and formats optimised for diverse devices and bandwidths.

This integration ensures that debugging session recordings are universally accessible, providing a smooth experience across varying network conditions. By leveraging Livepeer's robust infrastructure, we minimize server overhead - by using Livepeer for video processing, BugVault reduces the computational and storage demands typically placed on our own servers, drastically reduce video processing and streaming costs, and deliver high-quality, adaptive streaming to developers worldwide.

Furthermore, Livepeer's decentralised architecture aligns with the ethos of blockchain development, enhancing reliability and security in handling video data. This makes it the ideal solution for scaling our platform while maintaining cost-efficiency and user satisfaction. With Livepeer, we aim to revolutionise how developers collaborate and debug, accelerating blockchain innovation as well as the terminologies, technologies used in the blockchain ecosystem of address.

## How will you improve your project with this grant? What steps will you take to meet this objective?
this grant will serve solely as the main instrument to drive and move development faster and also a tool to get more hands especially concerning achieving the set milestone and get the developers working and being on the A-game.
this grant will be used to run target-ads, used for publicity, get advanced and premium tools for development purpose

## Was this project started at a hackathon or another web3 event? Which one?
This project started at a hackathon - 'AI Video Hackathon' in Nov, 2024.

## Please describe (in words) your team's relevant experience, and why you think you are the right team to build this project. You can cite your team's prior experience in similar domains, doing similar dev work, individual team members' backgrounds, etc.
the team comprises of three members with each role - A blockchain developer, a frontend developer and a UI/UX designer.

my team and I believe we best suit for this project development because of our skills, attitude, experience. here are some of our background

blockchain developer - with over 3years of experience in the web3 and worked with multiple blockchain and have won couples of awards and hackathons in the past and also working as an assistant blockchain developer remotely for a game tournament hosting company - skilled in Python, Rust, React, Motoko, Solidity.
designer - with over 5 certification as a UI/UX designers, has worked with several countless institutions but currently working full time in a Federal University

## What is the project’s expected deliverable at the conclusion of the grant time period?
At conclusion of the grant period, BugVault will be a fully functional debugging platform integrated with Livepeer’s decentralized video infrastructure. which includes: a live debugging feature, enabling real-time collaboration, video transcoding functionality for recorded sessions in multiple resolutions, comprehensive developer documentation to facilitate platform adoption and integration.

## What is the one thing (the core mechanic) you want someone to do when using your deliverable?
Users must set up OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) before starting a live debugging session or recording. OBS is an open-source tool that enables high-quality streaming and recording with customisable settings. It bridges the user’s local environment with the BugVault platform, streaming data to Livepeer for distribution while managing session quality and creating an avenue for debugging resources.

## How will this deliverable benefit the Livepeer ecosystem?
Integrating Livepeer in the debugging platform enhances its ecosystem by showcasing its capabilities for live video streaming and recording in a developer-centric use case. It drives adoption by addressing real-world challenges like blockchain debugging, attracting new developers, and highlighting Livepeer's scalability and efficiency for innovative applications beyond traditional media streaming.

## How did you learn about the Livepeer Grants Program?
The Livepeer Grants Program was introduced during the prize-giving of the AI-Video Hackathon, Nov 2024. We participated in the competition and we got the information about the grant program.
