The rise of automation platforms in the no-code app space has transformed how businesses manage tasks, yet most lack built-in media and AI tools to improve media workflows. Poh-dl.ai solves this by providing a complete/all-in-one platform for image and video automation, removing the need for third-party apps, cutting costs, and simplifying processes for a better user experience.

Our SaaS provides practical and sustainable use cases for the Livepeer AI pipelines and transcoding api, creating a new avenue to drive demand on the network.Through a no-code web portal, users can harness Livepeer's generative AI to automate tasks on their media assets.The platform as a productized SaaS ,will generate network fees while establishing Livepeer as a leader in media innovation.

The deliverables at the end of the grant time period is a fully functional web-base application, pre-built workflow templates, github repository, technical documentation, product blog posts , product video demos and social media posts on linkedin and X.

## Specify your team's long-term plans to maintain this software and upgrade it over time
Poh-dl.ai is a product designed for businesses (B2B), individuals (B2C), and developers. We plan to release regular updates for the SaaS and maintain the project as open-source, allowing developers to contribute integrations and workflow templates. Additionally, we will expand the team with more engineers to support ongoing development.

## Please describe (in words) your team's relevant experience, and why you think you are the right team to build this project. You can cite your team's prior experience in similar domains, doing similar dev work, individual team members' backgrounds, etc.
The engineering team comprises three skilled developers, each bringing unique expertise and experience, including founding or being part of founding teams for successful indie SaaS projects:

1. Bruks Dickson - Engineering and Operations Lead (https://github.com/bruksx))
An expert in designing and optimizing media workflows, transcoding processes, and infrastructure solutions. Bruks was a founding engineer at https://swearit.io/, a platform with over 100k users.

1. Kotai Soen - Backend, Technical Lead, and AI Engineer (https://github.com/kotaisoen)
A full-stack and AI engineer with 4+ years of experience building enterprise applications. He was part of the founding team for My Insta Personality, which gained significant traction at launch(230k users)

1. Kingsley Chigala - Full-Stack Engineer (https://github.com/chigala)
Founding engineer at Bitscript, a micro-SaaS subscription platform that teaches students how to write Bitcoin scripts(23k MRR)

With our combined expertise in engineering and successful indie SaaS ventures, we are confident in driving this product toward achieving product-market fit (PMF).

## Who is your target user group? How do you plan on getting your users to use this?

We’re targeting e-commerce stores, UGC platforms, and developers with launches on Product Hunt, Hacker News, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit. We’ll actively engage popular CMS communities like Shopify , WooCommerce, Wordpress etc through Facebook groups and Reddit. These efforts will showcase our technology, use cases, and Livepeer AI to a wider audience.

Livepeer has primarily been integrated into social media video platforms, serving as its main use case. However, with Livepeer AI, we can expand the network’s potential into new product niches, driving demand from businesses and increasing exposure for the network.

We aim to build Poh-dl with a customer-focused approach, combining marketing, social media, and customer outreach alongside product development. This strategy, which has proven successful with our past indie SaaS projects, ensures we remain aligned with user needs from the start.

We havebeen soliciting feedback from some community members like Rick Staa , Eneche andwe plan to involve more people from the community.
