Research direction

This is a grant application for mentoring, developer relations, environment setup guidance, workflows, and tutorials, not an actionable code issue. No repository files, tests, or entry points are named, and the repository is marked deprecated with work directed to a Notion homepage. A concrete scope and deliverables would be needed before implementation could be considered complete.
