What is your project, and what problem does it solve?

An AI video interviewer. It judges the candidate based on:

• Domain knowledge( I mean, ofc)
• Psyche of the candidate(by asking unexpected questions and observing behaviour, body language)
• Catch people trying to trick the system(any kind of cheating)

Shortlist in a better way and spend time interviewing the real efficient candidates.

We are currently support audio interviews. Hyre can take audio interview, judge the interview and mails the report and hiring recommendation to the managers.

Currently, we are integrating video judgement models and will introduce the realistic video avatars to make interview more engaging and interactive.

Please describe (in words) your team's relevant experience, and why you think you are the right team to build this project. You can cite your team's prior experience in similar domains, doing similar dev work, individual team members' backgrounds, etc.

Mayur - Started coding from age 13. Graduated from one of the top universities in India, started a coding club there. Worked with Hilti group for a year as software engineer. He also trained as Security engineer, performed first internal pen testing on the product and found several vulnerabilities. Won several hackathons and left the job to work full time on Hyre.

Pranay - Best friend and roommate of Mayur. Went to same boarding school, same college and same degree. Published a paper on liver cancer cell. Currently working with Oracle. Already got the experience of DevOps, Front-end and back-end development. Working on video models now for better interview evaluation.

Who is your target user group? How do you plan on getting your users to use this?

Hiring managers. We are cold messaging and meeting people in conferences and hackathon. So far we have many people from notable companies interested in trying the beta - Airbnb, Amazon, Microsoft, Hilti ++

How did you learn about the Livepeer Grants Program?

Won a livepeer AI hackathon. Grant program was mentioned during Finale.
