## What is your project, and what problem does it solve?
Crux, Inc. aims to address the systemic issues in traditionally underfunded sectors such as the arts, humanities, education, and nightlife.
V1 of Crux will primarily serve as a platform for artist onboarding and live performance/content livestreaming.

This project leverages Livepeer’s technology to democratize live performances, making them accessible to a global audience regardless of location, while also highlighting underrepresented art forms and creating opportunities for artists.

By the end of the grant period, we expect to have a fully functional MVP of the Crux, Inc. platform launched to production. We'll debut our Crux MVP at a live New York show in Spring 2025. Our first 8 performers will beta test the platform, providing feedback that will inform our platform refinements before the public launch of Crux.

This project leverages Livepeer’s technology to democratize live performances, making them accessible to a global audience regardless of location, while also highlighting underrepresented art forms and creating opportunities for artists.
## Please break up your development work into a clear set of milestones
Milestone 1: Core Platform Foundation
After completing Milestone 1, the platform will have a fully functional authentication system supporting both web3 (MetaMask, WalletConnect) and traditional (email/phone) login methods, built on Coinbase's Smart Wallet SDK for gas abstraction and cross-device sync. Creators will have customizable profiles with professionally shot images and basic verification. An admin interface will enable platform management.

- User registration and authentication flows
- Wallet creation/connection on Zora Network
- Enables email/phone number login
- Passkey-based authentication
- Cross-device sync via iCloud/Google Password Manager
- Basic creator profiles and verification system
- Name, bio, location (optional), link to their social media handles, the images for each initial creator will be professionally shot by Crux team
- Account management dashboard

Milestone 2: Live Streaming Experience
The milestone focuses on implementing live streaming capabilities using Livepeer SDK.

The milestone implements a payment system integrating Zora Protocol SDK with the following functionality:
