## Please describe in more detail why this proposal is valuable for the Livepeer ecosystem
The Marquis will pioneer Livepeer's AI capabilities in gaming, providing real-world testing for Livepeer's beta AI pipeline through thousands of match highlights. By bringing "sports broadcast" excitement to strategy games, we'll establish Livepeer as essential gaming infrastructure. This showcases Livepeer's potential beyond traditional streaming, revolutionizing game content creation.

## Please describe in details what your final deliverable for this project will be.
The Marquis, already live on testnet, will deliver: a production-ready strategic gaming platform with Livepeer-powered live highlights, 45-second AI-enhanced game recaps, and one-click sharing. Launch includes a teaser video demonstrating the highlight system, technical documentation, and a full demo showcasing how Livepeer transforms strategy games into engaging, shareable moments.

## Specify your team's long-term plans to maintain this software and upgrade it over time
The Marquis team will continuously enhance the Livepeer highlight system through user feedback and AI model improvements. We'll expand features based on community demands, optimize processing for larger scale, and adapt to new Livepeer capabilities. Regular updates will focus on refining highlight detection, improving AI commentary, and introducing new sharing features to maintain engagement.

## Please describe (in words) your team's relevant experience, and why you think you are the right team to build this project. You can cite your team's prior experience in similar domains, doing similar dev work, individual team members' backgrounds, etc.
Our team combines deep expertise in AI, gaming, and full-stack development:

Gian Alarcon (Project Lead) brings extensive back-end experience from UNMSM, specializing in real-time processing systems and strategic gaming algorithms. Previously led multiple successful gaming projects.

Wei Meng (Mobile Game Lead) from Tsinghua University has developed several successful mobile games, with expertise in optimization and scalable gaming architectures. His experience with game state analysis is crucial for our highlight detection system.

Edu Lanasca (Full Stack Developer) holds a Master's in CS, bringing robust backend experience in video processing and real-time systems. Key contributor to several live streaming platforms.

Buu Huynh (UI/UX Lead) from NUS excels in creating engaging gaming experiences. Previously designed interfaces for esports platforms, bringing valuable insights to our sports-style highlight system.

Rhouzlane Mehdi (Data Scientist) from GEMA Paris, and blockchain engineer has been core developer in a production project completing back-end tasks on a mono-repo. Have extensive experience in Marketing and leading projects on Figma to bring a good user experience.

Together, we've already launched The Marquis on testnet, demonstrating our ability to deliver innovative gaming experiences at scale.

## Who is your target user group? How do you plan on getting your users to use this?
Our target users are strategy gamers aged 18-35 who enjoy sharing gaming moments on social media. We'll acquire them through: gaming influencer partnerships showcasing our highlight system, viral clip sharing on platforms like Twitter/Discord, and a "Share to Earn" program rewarding early adopters who create engaging highlights.

Current testnet community will seed initial viral content.

## How did you learn about the Livepeer Grants Program?
I have learned about Livepeer Grants Program when exploring the AI part and when testing our beta product with friends. We have come to the conclusion that the game is missing fun and more interaction that does not come from us but from the game itself.

## Was this project started at a hackathon or another web3 event? Which one?
This project started after getting a grant and before started as hackathon project in ETH Istanbul

## Please include any additional information that you think would be useful in helping us to evaluate your proposal.
