## What is your project, and what problem does it solve?
We tokenise users voices, allow them to train/enhance with AI voice engines and then provide the interface to allow creators of all types to pay to use these user voices, with options to pay to verify the voice is authentic.

## Please describe in more detail why this proposal is valuable for the Livepeer ecosystem
Put simply - we will bring more transaction, volume and users to the Livepeer ecosystem through usage of our app and api. We are also very open to promoting Livepeer through what we do and adding delegators and orchestrators to the Livepeer network
## Please describe in details what your final deliverable for this project will be.
On grant conclusion we would like to target having integrated Livepeer into a test environment of our project, and, if possible to trial with some beta users for this feature. We will also complete social media posts documenting our journey with Livepeer.

## Please break up your development work into a clear set of milestones
This phase will be work by 2 developers to begin to integrate Livepeer into our test environment. This will be partially defined by the output of milestone 1 - but is likely to include the shape of video streaming within our social media app.
Depending on milestone 1 - by the end of this milestone we will have built the first version of livestream capability within the app, ready for testing.
Testing and refinement - having the first version integrated the third phase will be testing and refinement with our internal (and Livepeer!) teams to ensure that by the end of this phase we are able to meet the deliverable.
A working test version of our social media app in testflight that utilises Livepeer for video streaming. This will then either be able to go live, or need further development before full release.
We will have 2 team members working on conducting depth research into our integration with Livepeer. At the end of this phase we will have a document that clearly lays out our full vision and scope with Livepeer, along with what the 3-month MVP will look like.

## Specify your team's long-term plans to maintain this software and upgrade it over time
IkonVoice uses our own proprietary voice engine, along with aggregating other voice engines. We are committed to building the world's largest marketplace of engine aggregators and this will give numerous opportunities in future to add other video streaming mediums such as podcasts, youtube and especially using real time voice translation which is in our roadmap.
## Please describe (in words) your team's relevant experience, and why you think you are the right team to build this project. You can cite your team's prior experience in similar domains, doing similar dev work, individual team members' backgrounds, etc.
Our team comes from a background in both technical and growth in crypto and AI which is essential as we know we need the right blend of these to succeed. We have built this team, and also added team members with deep knowledge of KOLs and the social media market in order to execute our GTM and initial growth successfully.
## Who is your target user group? How do you plan on getting your users to use this?
Initially, social media short content creators. We're building a 2-sided marketplace which requires careful strategy. We focus on creators that want to reach audiences with different voices (we know many creators hate the sound of their own voice so either don't get started or create less). We are attracting these through KOL partnerships (first already signed) + social media campaigns

Knowledge of the ecosystem - i've known Livepeer for ages!

With our AI and Crypto project with video content creation we strongly believe we're the perfect fit for each other. We have an ambitious roadmap beyond, and currently have our social media content creator app live on the app store (you can download it now!) and, soon will be the addition of user owned voices to the platform - we'd love to chat!
