Encode Club is a global Web3 and AI community that partners with top ecosystems to advance technology adoption. We bring developers and projects together, helping new innovations flourish by hosting accelerators and hackathons. This specific programme will focus on growing the Livepeer ecosystem through a dedicated online accelerator.

## Please describe in more detail why this proposal is valuable for the Livepeer ecosystem
By sourcing and mentoring top projects, the accelerator will strengthen Livepeer’s developer community, drive new video applications on its platform, and increase engagement with Livepeer technology across the broader ecosystem.

## Please describe in details what your final deliverable for this project will be.
The deliverables will include a fully-executed 8-week Livepeer accelerator, complete with infrastructure setup, dedicated marketing, a custom website, and ongoing support for participating teams. We’ll scout and onboard top-tier projects, provide continuous check-ins and guidance, and run a high-profile demo day showcasing the best projects.

Encode has successfully hosted dedicated dev-focused educational initiatives for Livepeer and other leading Web3 projects for over 5 years. Our experience spans supporting early-stage projects, facilitating developer engagement, and helping ecosystems like Livepeer thrive. We are uniquely positioned to bring the best developer talent to this accelerator.

## Who is your target user group? How do you plan on getting your users to use this?
Our target users are Web3 developers with a focus on decentralised video streaming and other related innovations. We plan to attract these users through our Encode community, targeted scouting, and partnerships within the Livepeer ecosystem.
