By integrating Livepeer into Kinokay, we demonstrate a real-world application of scalable, decentralized streaming, driving adoption among filmmakers and content creators while increasing Livepeer’s visibility and usage across global entertainment platforms.

Kinokay will deliver a fully functional platform allowing users to publish, buy, and stream movies using NFTs. This includes decentralized video streaming via Livepeer, blockchain integration, user authentication, and profile setup. The platform will be live for public use, accompanied by supporting documentation and a launch blog post.

It includes regular software maintenance with updates based on user feedback, scalability improvements, and security enhancements. We will continuously integrate new features, such as enhanced AR experiences and further blockchain capabilities. A dedicated team will monitor performance, ensuring smooth operation and rapid bug fixes, while expanding partnerships to keep the platform competitive.

Our team has extensive experience in both film licensing and blockchain technology, positioning us as the ideal team to build Kinokay. Adrian Lugol, our CEO, has over 8 years of experience at the intersection of film distribution and blockchain, leading projects in content monetization. Dr. Raiomond Mirza, our Chief Growth Officer, brings 20 years of experience in media production with expertise in Web3 and blockchain. Laur Neagu, our CTO, is a blockchain and software expert with a Ph.D. in computer science and has been featured in Forbes 30 under 30 Romania. Our development team, led by Alexandru Radovici and Pera Alexandru, has successfully launched and maintained blockchain-based platforms, while our content acquisition expert, Jordan Mattos, has secured partnerships with leading film institutions. Together, we have the technical expertise and industry connections needed to build and scale this innovative platform.

## Who is your target user group? How do you plan on getting your users to use this?
Target users are filmmakers, content creators, distributors, and global audiences who seek access to exclusive films and shows outside traditional streaming platforms. We plan to attract them via strategic partnerships with film institutions, targeted marketing campaigns, and leveraging our existing relationships with over 60 international content partners to onboard high-quality films and users.
