These deliverables will benefit the Livepeer ecosystem by showcasing the platform's AI capabilities, attracting attention from artists, creatives, investors, and technologists. The project will position Livepeer as a leader in AI-driven creativity, driving adoption and fostering partnerships within the digital art and media industries, ultimately expanding Livepeer's user base and influence.
## Please describe in details what your final deliverable for this project will be.
By the end of the grant, the project will deliver twelve AI-generated digital artworks from three artists, showcased at the Livepeer "Limitless" event during Token2049 and a Refraction & FWB event. The deliverables also include an editorial feature and social media content that highlight Livepeer AI's role in transforming digital art and media production.

These deliverables will benefit the Livepeer ecosystem by showcasing the platform's AI capabilities, attracting attention from artists, creatives, investors, and technologists. The project will position Livepeer as a leader in AI-driven creativity, driving adoption and fostering partnerships within the digital art and media industries, ultimately expanding Livepeer's user base and influence.
## Please break up your development work into a clear set of milestones
First Drafts and Feedback: Artists submit initial drafts; feedback is provided to refine the works.
First drafts of the 12 artworks for review and feedback.
Strategic Marketing and Content Development (Ongoing): Editorial piece, weekly social media content, and reflection posts post-event.
Conduct artist interviews, create and distribute content showcasing the creative process, and highlight Livepeer's role in the project. Notes: This includes ongoing engagement with the audience through content that positions Livepeer as a leader in AI-driven creativity.
Artist Curation and Engagement: Selection and management of 3 generative AI artists, outlining the creative brief, and initial artist engagements.
Curation and commissioning of 12 unique digital artworks from 3 artists.
Final Delivery of Artworks: Delivery of 12 final artworks.
Final approval and preparation for event display.

We plan to maintain and upgrade Regenerate by incorporating new generative AI features, optimizing performance, and enhancing security. We'll use user feedback to guide updates, ensuring scalability and continuous innovation. Regular community engagement will keep Regenerate aligned with the evolving needs of artists and the Livepeer ecosystem.

Refraction is well-suited for this project due to our extensive experience in artist curation and creative program management. Our team has successfully managed high-profile art initiatives and curated programs that integrate technology with creativity. Malcolm Levy, with his extensive curatorial background, brings a wealth of experience in selecting and engaging artists and overseeing complex creative projects. Our track record includes notable collaborations and events, demonstrating our ability to deliver innovative and impactful experiences. This expertise ensures that we can effectively showcase Livepeer’s AI capabilities and create a compelling program for both the Limitless event and the FWB activation.
## Who is your target user group? How do you plan on getting your users to use this?
Our target group includes institutional investors, founders of AI projects, and digital art enthusiasts. We’ll reach them through Refraction and FWB’s networks, social media, direct outreach, and industry newsletters. By showcasing artist content and leveraging strategic partnerships, we aim to effectively engage this audience and drive participation.

We are recipients of a previous Livepeer grant and was suggested to apply through a Livepeer team member.
