Description

Application by: @rozzrr @liamdoyle95
## What is your project, and what problem does it solve?
Aims to enhance transparency by including the following additional details for each vote in the treasury:

The Voter: Identification / address of the voter.
Vote Details: The specific vote (Against or For).
LPT Amount: The amount of LPT voted (the weight of their vote).
Implementing these features will enable complete transparency within the Treasury voting page on the Livepeer Explorer.

## Specify your team's long-term plans to maintain this software and upgrade it over time
The repository will be open source allowing issues to be raised inside of the project as "Github Issues". issues will re-reviewed and fed back through the Livepeer’s channels for input and if applicable discussions for further developments/features. A feedback / improvements form will be integrated into the bottom of the feature and monitored with improvements implemented if applicable.

## Please describe (in words) your team's relevant experience, and why you think you are the right team to build this project. You can cite your team's prior experience in similar domains, doing similar dev work, individual team members' backgrounds, etc.
The feature team consists of two developers, each bringing their own set of experiences and skillsets, mostly in software engineering and web technologies.

Software engineer with a background in simulation and distributed computing, including simulated communications systems. Experience with full stack development.

@liamdoyle95

Active member of the community and solo developer of the LivePioneers app. Focused on front end development using react, typescript and next.js. Developed web apps for The Graph and Livepeer, harnessing the power of subgraphs to provide Web3 ecosystems with full transparency across all blockchain data.

## Who is your target user group? How do you plan on getting your users to use this?
Orchestrators, delegators, developers etc. We will always be active on the discord and telegram to assist on any issues / improvements within the feature. I will be pushing this feature within the proposals forums and within the wider community.

Full transparency in voting is critical to fostering trust and accountability within any decentralised ecosystem. Here’s how this proposal adds value to the Livepeer ecosystem:

1. Enhanced Accountability:

By revealing the identities of voters and their corresponding votes, community members can hold each other accountable for their decisions. This accountability can discourage malicious or self-serving voting behaviours and promote decisions that benefit the ecosystem as a whole.

1. Informed Decision-Making:

With access to detailed voting records, participants can better understand the voting patterns and rationales of different stakeholders. This transparency allows for more informed discussions and debates, ultimately leading to better governance outcomes.

1. Community Engagement:

Transparency in voting can increase engagement by making the decision-making process more open and accessible. Community members are more likely to participate actively when they can see and understand how votes are cast and the weight behind each vote.

1. Trust Building:

Transparency is fundamental to building trust in a decentralised network / ecosystem. When participants can verify that the voting process is open and fair, it reinforces their confidence in the governance mechanisms of the Livepeer ecosystem.

1. Alignment with Web3 Principles:

One of the core tenets of Web3 is decentralisation and transparency. By enhancing the transparency of the voting process, Livepeer aligns itself more closely with these principles, strengthening its position within the broader Web3 community.

1. Data-Driven Insights:

Detailed voting data can provide valuable insights into the governance dynamics of Livepeer. Analysing this data can reveal trends, identify influential voters, and highlight key issues within the community. These insights can guide future proposals and initiatives.

Research direction

Start by locating the LivePioneer app and its Treasury voting page; the issue names no files, tests, or implementation entry points. Review how proposal votes are currently represented, then define completion as showing each voter's identity or address, For or Against choice, and LPT voting amount for every proposal.
