## What is your project, and what problem does it solve?
We have built the worlds first video marketing tool for web3. Users can add a reward for their audience and use the ViewFi network to reach web3 users.

For example offer NFTs (minted within the player) coupons, contests, and airdrops all within our embeddable player.

Marketers can now capture valuable data on who is watching and interacting with their content.

Scope and review specs = 1 week
- Integrate LP upload into ViewFi Dashboard - 2 weeks
- Integrate Video CDN to be compatible with ViewFi player (or use LP Player framework) - 1 week
- Testing and QA - 1 week.

We have raised seed funds and have a lot of demand for our series A. We are revenue generating and have runway to support and maintain the app.

## Please describe (in words) your team's relevant experience, and why you think you are the right team to build this project. You can cite your team's prior experience in similar domains, doing similar dev work, individual team members' backgrounds, etc.
CEO Chris Gale built one of the first mobile DSPs (Odyssey Mobile) and later exited and reverse mergered on NASDAQ. Been in the video space for 10 years working with fortune500 brands such as Warner Bros and Lexus and WPP. Been in web3 since 2018 and co founded Verasity. Been speaking with Mark at Livepeer since 2018.

## Who is your target user group? How do you plan on getting your users to use this?
1. Web3 projects (Gaming and NFT ecosystems with videos / trailers)

1. Fortune500 brands wanting to enter web3 but not understanding how to apply the tech (we have end ot end solution for this)

## How did you learn about the Livepeer Grants Program?
Alex Mexicotte reccomended we apply due to Livepeer customers also using ViewFi and asking for an integration.

## Was this project started at a hackathon or another web3 event? Which one?
No/ But we are a part of Consensys Scale exosystem and we turned down Outlier Ventures incubator but they really wanted us to be part of.

## Please include any additional information that you think would be useful in helping us to evaluate your proposal.
ViewFi is currently player agnostic and supports YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo. But this integration gives customers the ability to upload their content directly and scale.

This will be critical when we turn on our video ad network and generate significant video traffic which will benefit both ecosystems.

We already have joint customers pushing for this integration which is a great signal for demand. We would love to be a livepeer partner and push the brand to our community.

We have partnerships with Consensys, Magic Eden, Rarible and many other projects.

Review the ViewFi repository, its video.js player integration, and the Livepeer upload and CDN requirements described in the proposal. Define the implementation boundaries, testing plan across devices and browsers, and the acceptance criteria for streamed videos working in ViewFi dynamic widgets.
