Description
Is your feature request related to a problem?
Part of the Delegator UX Analysis RFP.
A user arriving at Explorer should immediately understand that delegation is an earning opportunity. Today, the Home page treats Explorer primarily as a data viewer, with no signal that the user can participate or that participation pays. Returning users with active delegations have no quick read on their position from the Home page either.
For concrete evidence that a lack of delegation signposting causes confusion, see this user interview, which shows how the participant was unable to figure out how to delegate for some time.
Describe the solution you'd like
While a quick fix could be accomplished through #721 , this issue invites a more comprehensive solution that involves a full design sprint with user feedback, and implementation.
Describe alternatives you've considered
No response
Additional context
This is closely related with #721

Research direction
Start with the Explorer Home page and review related issue #721 plus the linked user interview for evidence about delegation confusion. Define and validate a comprehensive design with user feedback, then implement it so new users see delegation as an earning opportunity and returning users can quickly understand their active delegation position.
