Description

### Is your feature request related to a problem?

_Part of the Delegator UX Analysis RFP._

The most critical and most consolidated theme in the unified findings. When the user is ready to commit tokens, the delegation widget surfaces no inline explanation of risks, no link to documentation, no FAQ, and no review or confirmation step before transaction signing. The only safety-related content is a reactive callout that appears after the user has entered an amount, telling them to check fee and reward cut history without giving them the means to do so in context.

### Describe the solution you'd like

Add inline or expandable trust/safety content near the delegation widget, including links to delegation docs, risks, FAQ, reward mechanics, and fee/reward cut explanations. These gaps are closely related and should be treated as one consolidated improvement.

Research direction

Start at the delegation widget and inspect the existing post-amount safety callout, then review related issue #726. Done means the widget provides inline or expandable trust content covering delegation docs, risks, FAQ, reward mechanics, and fee or reward-cut explanations before transaction signing.
